It's Outback. But, being in Japan, there is a 2-hour stay limit, after which the waiter will bring you the check and ask you to leave. I hate that.

If you're looking for something not really Japanese like onion blooms and steaks this is the place. It has a 2 hours maximum though, but who cares you'll be good in those 2 hours. :)

Don't go if you want to hang out for a long time. Staff is not courteous and at some point asked us to get out of restaurant, even after having a complete dinner including dessert. Food is nice but this kind of behavior don't match with outback value that I suppose was to offer a nice place to meet people. So sad ....

As overpriced as this place is, I always come back for the burgers and unlimited bread (which tastes awesome). It has a typical “Western Steak House†price tag and vibe. Expect to leave feeling very full. Burgers from ¥1200, steaks expect to pay double that.

This place is a bit pricey but honestly you get what you pay for. The service is top top notch. The staff is fluent in English or Japanese. They are so friendly and helpful. The cocktails are pricey as well but made really well don't taste like some from the can nonsense. Worth every yen.

The table was filthy. The glasses were chipped and almost cut myself. The staff refused to speak to me and didn't seem to care and it was my daughters birthday and the manager didn't even come to see what was wrong

Standard outback in terms of food selection. You can find basically the same as most Outbacks internationally. Many staff can speak English also. But Everytime I went there (mostly weekends) they just let you stay for a few hours, saying they have reservation after that time, even if it is almost empty and after leaving I couldn't see a big waiting line. This is not the only place that fixes a maximum stay.

Wonderful establishment if you're Australian and you're missing home - reminiscent sounds and smells of the RSL or local pub. Myself and my aussie friend visited and paid just shy of ~3000 yen for full (western portioned) meals and a refillable drink each. Steak (Ribeye, rare) was cooked perfectly and was flavourful. Friends burger was stacked high with delicious onion rings as well. Was a fun experience for the both of us - the menu has entertaining names to peruse highlighting Aussie-isms. Will definitely be returning here.

Here’s the thing, I’m not even a great fan of Outback back in America. But when you feel homesick and you want a little taste of America (that’s not… say McDonald’s…), everything here suddenly becomes heavenly. It’s very crowded with foreigners and locals alike, so I do recommend making a reservation. Price range is... around 3000 to 4000 yen per entree I believe, naturally steeper than your local restaurants. Staff is nice, and service is fast. Based on my visits, it’s quite common for people to come for birthdays, if that helps your decision.

The place has a nice vibe and got some variety on the menu. Wouldn't call the steaks the best in the town. But they are good for the price. Very reasonable prices. Good service.If you don't want to get lost in the crowded small bars in Sakae, this is a great option.The combo platter is huge and very filling. Come prepared to fill your stomach 😀

Global restaurant so you know what to expect.Tasty meat cooked the way you choose.Excellent staff and Japanese standards. No problems. High quality.Of course it's in Japan so meat prices are more expensive than in US and smaller.Anyway, if you miss a good steak (and I'm assuming the meat is really from Australia) this is the place.

Such a friendly restaurant to hang out there. The staff very friendly and the food is better then we have it in US. Majority places in Japan, don't have a English menu or hardly speak any English. Here everyone is speaking English. We really enjoyed, practically felt like home! You must visit this place, highly recommended!!

A few months ago they got rid of all the old staff and started serving smaller, cheaper meat. New staff about as friendly as their doubtless shrunken paychecks would demand.. I reckon it's new management... I miss the old Outback! These baby back ribs are a stingy, cheap shadow of the former iteration :'( and where's the cheese and bacon on these cheese fries?!

Very disappointing. Bad service. Food very, very bad. Without saying the price, incompatible with the quality of the food. For such a famous, disappointing network. I never come back. And I advise you to go elsewhere. Sukiya is much better. 🤣🤣🤣. Look to bloomin onion.... Ridiculous.

Prime rib was perfect. They did a loaded broccoli for me. Only downside was the lack of au jus. Manager said they quit using au jus 5 years ago. Said they could make it but would take several hours. He obviously has never made au jus. They provided gravy. Not the same.

Good food, you can be answered in English, i just think the empanadas fritters come with excess oil. Not comfortable at peak times, the waiters rush you, i understand, cuz there is a waiting line outside, however it is not customer's problem that other people did not make reservation or they do not have more space for service, this happened 3 times with me.

My favorite please to eat a good steak!!!, it doesn't not have only steaks, there are burgers and other food including some vegetarian options, it also has seafood (I just remember the salmon and shrimps, but it counts like seafood), the set are really good and some dishes are really good for people who likes to eat a lot. And addition to the food, the ambient is really good, so it is a really good place to go with your couple or a group of friends... And is it is your birthday don't forget to ask for your dessert!!!

For an international chain this Outback tends to lean way more towards the Japanese spectrum in its flavors and portions. The quality of the food seems to be from a commissary or frozen and reheat/cook type of provider. The waitstaff is slow and too busy singing happy birthday every 5 mins to the larger groups of diners that tend to come in. The atmosphere is dark and outdated and has an overwhelming odor of old ketchup and vinegar which means they are baking the ribs in ovens and it frilling or barbecuing them. Eat here only if you are two lazy to go anyplace else or you have been roped into someone’s birthday there.
